What is included in the R777 per user?
Every user gets full access to all seven ExequtechOS modules, the Exequ-Jobs mobile app, and everything listed above. The primary account holder gets 50GB of storage, and each additional member gets 50GB.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. Exequtech is billed monthly with no long-term commitments. You can add or remove members at any time.
What counts as a member?
A member is anyone who needs their own login to access ExequtechOS or the Exequ-Jobs app — whether they are an office manager, team lead, or field technician.
Can I try Exequtech before committing?
Yes! Contact us to arrange a free trial or personalised demo. We will walk you through the platform and help you get set up.
What happens if I need more storage?
Additional storage is available in 50GB blocks at volume-discounted rates. The more members you have, the cheaper extra storage becomes.
Do I pay extra for some features or functionality?
No, all sections and features are available and ready to use so that you can start managing your business efficiently from the start.
Do you have a mobile application for iOS users?
Unfortunately not yet but it is on our to-do list next. Apple users can use an iPad and make use of our application but it will not support any off-line functionality.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
