What is included in the per-user price?
Every plan gives each user full access to all seven ExequtechOS modules, the Exequ-Jobs mobile app, and everything listed above. The only difference between plans is the storage included per seat.
What is the difference between the Standard and Lite plans?
Nothing except storage and price. Both plans include the complete platform and every feature. Standard includes 50GB of storage per seat; Lite includes 10GB per seat at a lower price. Choose Lite if your team stores fewer photos and documents, and add extra storage later if you need it.
Do you price in Rand or US Dollars?
Both. South African customers are billed in ZAR (Standard R777, Lite R555 per user per month) and international customers in USD (Standard $77, Lite $55). Use the toggle above the plans to switch between them.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. Exequtech is billed monthly with no long-term commitments. You can add or remove members at any time.
What counts as a member?
A member is anyone who needs their own login to access ExequtechOS or the Exequ-Jobs app — whether they are an office manager, team lead, or field technician.
Can I try Exequtech before committing?
Yes! Contact us to arrange a free trial or personalised demo. We will walk you through the platform and help you get set up.
What happens if I need more storage?
Additional storage is available in 50GB blocks at volume-discounted rates. The more members you have, the cheaper extra storage becomes.
Do I pay extra for some features or functionality?
No, all sections and features are available and ready to use so that you can start managing your business efficiently from the start.
Do you have a mobile application for iOS users?
Unfortunately not yet but it is on our to-do list next. Apple users can use an iPad and make use of our application but it will not support any off-line functionality.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
