Adding users.

Set up the groups that match your job functions, then invite your team — or add the workers you only need to track.

  1. Step 1: Open the Users app

    Open the menu and select the “Users” app to access the user management section, where you can add and manage users within your organization.

  2. Step 2: Click “Groups”

    Click on “Groups” to create and organize different groups based on your company’s job functions and responsibilities. For example, you may create groups for Administrators, Technicians, Receiving, Dispatch, Purchasing, or any other departments or roles within your organization.

  3. Step 3: Click “New group”

    To create a new group, click on ‘New group’.

  4. Step 4: Name the group and add members

    Enter a name for the newly created group and select the members you would like to add, if applicable.

  5. Step 5: Click “Add user”

    To add a user, go back to ‘Users’ and click on ‘Add user’.

  6. Step 6: Enter the email address and choose a group

  7. Step 7: Click “Generate signup token”

    Scroll down, if applicable, and click on “Generate signup token”. This will generate a time-sensitive token that can be emailed directly to the user. Alternatively, the token can be copied and sent manually via email or another electronic communication method.

  8. Step 8: Copy the signup link

    Copy the link and send it to the new user.

  9. Step 9: The user creates their login

    When the new user clicks on the link, they will be directed to a login screen where they can create their username and password.

  10. Step 10: Add a worker without a signup token

    A user can also be added without generating a signup token. This option is typically used for users who do not require access to the platform, such as general workers. Their working hours and activities can still be recorded and tracked within the system.
